Silver Award Winner of the First Aging-Friendly Design Competition in China.

With a construction area of 53,000 ㎡, Hetai Center, as the first community integrated elderly care complex in Shunde, takes BIM forward design collaboration as the innovation core in the project construction, uses age-appropriate care throughout the whole cycle of production and application, builds an integrated design and construction process, and successfully carries out the exploration and practice of new elderly care model and age-appropriate design in the field of BIM.

The humanized design and barrier-free design run through the whole area of the project, introducing local art and cultural memory symbols, and assisting the elderly to embrace a new life with the combination of rehabilitation concepts and healing gardens. Modern international building facade form, smooth curve form interwoven to form a multi-level garden, rest platform, vitality courtyard. The project has also won a number of well-known awards at home and abroad, such as the German Iconic Architecture Design Award, "Gold Label Cup" BIM/CIM, CSA Landscape Design Award.
