REMAC ASPACE is a smart and low-carbon industrial innovation platfrom that Midea Holdings has cultivated based on its industrial gene advantages in technology and manufacturing.

REAMC ASPACE consists of three companies, REMAC TY, REMAC PB and REMAC SMART, focus on three major segments: Design Technology, Industrialization of Building and Interior Decoration, and Smart Home. The company aims to develop the capabilities in digitization, greening, industrialization, and intelligence throughout the building life cycle, and is committed to becoming a leader in smart and healthy space technology.

REMAC ASPACE adopts a unique "REMAC" model to provide products and services of a full value chain, including "consulting, R&D, design, production, sales, construction, operation and maintenance" of the smart healthy space. The business covers seven major sectors: residential, commercial, medical care, education, cultural tourism, industrial parks and urban renewal. In Greater Bay Area, it has two Design Bases in Foshan and Guangzhou, and two Industrial Production Bases in Foshan and Huizhou.

The Company has established S&T Innovation Center, Prefabricated Construction Research Institute, and Space Intelligence Research Institute. It has participated in the compilation of over 30 national industry standards, owned more than 700 patented technologies, and won over 300 domestic and international industry awards. It is recognized as a High-tech Enterprise, a Specialized and Sophisticated Enterprise, and a Prefabricated Industrial Base in Guangdong Province.
