Highly Integrated Delivery, Green and Rapid Assembly
The project is located at Hung Hom Pier in Hong Kong and includes multiple functional modules such as storage rooms, gatekeeper rooms, restrooms, first-aid rooms, and property management offices. All modules were produced on the intelligent manufacturing production line at REMAC ASPACE's Foshan factory, integrating multiple processes such as structure, MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing), and decoration. This achieves a ready-to-use finished product delivery. This production method significantly shortens the on-site construction period, with the fastest assembly time being only 4 days, allowing the owner to put it into use quickly while also maximizing the protection of the park's environment. #MiC #construction
Digital and Precision Manufacturing to Ensure Quality and Safety
The modules are assembled from steel structures, with frames made of hot-dip galvanized steel and coated with fireproof paint. The base uses concrete modules, making the overall structure robust and durable, capable of effectively withstanding corrosion and impact. The interior decoration employs a light steel keel and panel system, with fireproof and thermal insulation cotton installed, as well as fireproof panels that meet the standards of the Hong Kong Buildings Department, achieving thermal insulation, sound insulation, and fire resistance. The modules meet a 1-hour fire safety standard.
